Mr Jafri is a pleasure to do business with. His workers have cleaned and repaired several of my rugs. The quality of work was excellent, and it was completely in a timely manner.

This is an example of a Kashan rug that had moth damage in the floral motifs of the rug
Picture 1 shows the actual hole where the reweaving of the wool has begun
Pictures 2 shows the finished floral motif the way it was supposed to look circa 1950
Picture 3 shows the completed work
The rug is a mid-century rug, but the Kashan design goes back to the 15th century.
The rug requires reweaving and shearing
All work is done by hand
The rug has been fixed following enormous precision and attention to detail for the reweaving of the floral motifs. The artistry comes with maintaining the antiquity of the rug by using the same wool and vegetable dyes.
Refer to picture 3 for the post-restoration work

I bless the day I found Mr Jafri. As one who has collected rugs for 50 years, I both learned about their value and origins and had them beautifully cleaned and repaired.
Very beautiful rugs there, would have been a difficult decision. Only needed a rug pad this time. When we're in the market again, this is where we'll go. Pete, Delmar, NY
