This is an example of a rug that experienced flood damage. The rug has discoloration and requires color restoration. The rug itself is also very brittle from the water damage as it dried for several days without any treatment. Based on Jafri Rug cleaners expertise they will treat the following sections of the rug destroyed by the water damage:

The first image shows the variance in green dye lots now reflected in the rug requiring the rug to be soaked in a tub of cold water and solution, dried in the climate controlled drying room, then dusted thoroughly to remove all allergens, then finally olive oil shampoo is applied to the rug.

Additionally, other sections of the rug will require work including the edging where the water caused the wool to unravel and the fringe which caused the fringe to fray

Pre-Repair Cleaning
